All of our apartments come with rent subsidies.  Tenants pay 30% of their monthly income, as adjusted by allowable deductions, for rent and utilities.

Each of our apartment buildings have a full service elevator, a community room for social gatherings and are wired for cable tv and internet access 

Senior Housing

To qualify, the household income must be under 50% of HUD Median Income. For a single person, that’s $20,050 per year, for a couple, $22,900 per year.  In these units, households must have a member over the age of 62. 

Orchard Estates is located at 777 Embought Road, in Catskill across from the Catskill Elementary School. It is minutes away from our local Wal Mart and Walgreens Pharmacy.  It is a short distance from Catskill Village with a variety of shops and services.
 

Kaaterskill Manor is located at 163 Jefferson Avenue, Catskill on the grounds of the Kaaterskill Long Term Care facility near the Greene County Medical Arts complex. It is also just a short distance from Catskill Village
 

Windham Willows is located at 94 Mitchell Hollow Road, just off Route 23 and near the center of Windham.

Windham center features a variety of shops and services 

Hemlock Nob is located at 6222 Main Street, Tannersville, on Route 23A behind the Bank of Greene County.  With a panoramic view of the Catskills, Hemlock Nob is located just outside the resort village of Tannersville, with a variety of shops and services.
