Catskill Mountain Housing Development Corporation
Catskill Mountain Housing Development Corporation is a non-profit housing agency servicing Greene County New York. We administer state and federal housing programs for the benefit of our clients and to improve the quality of life in the fourteen towns and five villages of Greene County. We manage housing in six locations for seniors and disabled individuals. We help homeowners with needed repairs, help people become homeowners for the first time and counsel homeowners and tenants on resolving their housing issues.

Helping Members of our Community
Catskill Mountain Housing Development Corporation has been assisting member of our community for almost 50 Years. We make every effort to help as many eligible homeowners to get the funding they need. We offer housing options to seniors and people with disabilities in several towns throughout Greene County. We welcome donations and have fundraising events throughout the year. We invite and encourage you to join us in our efforts to keep helping Greene County by helping us to support those who need it most.
